Commuted Value & Annuity Proxy Guidance
Commuted value interest rates for a particular month will be available by the end of the first business day following the last Wednesday of the previous month. If the last Wednesday of the previous month is a statutory holiday, then the commuted value interest rates for an ensuing month will instead be available by the end of the second business day following the last Wednesday of the previous month. Please note that there are occasional delays when the underlying data provider does not publish their rates on time. However, our guidance will be uploaded to this site as soon as rates become available.
The group annuity proxy interest rates for a month will be available shortly after the first business day of the following month.
