Who We Are

Convyta Partners Limited Partnership was formed on October 1, 2025.

Our story starts with two firms, Bilsland Griffith Benefit Administrators (formed in 2010) and George & Bell Consulting (formed in 2012). After decades of working together, our partners brought their experience under one roof. The result? A team that’s stronger, more knowledgeable, and deeply committed to the clients we serve.

Shared Ownership

Welcoming our multi-employer pension and health & welfare clients as owners strengthens Convyta. This ownership structure provides us with the necessary capital to invest in our people, processes, and technology—investments that prioritize the long-term well-being of our clients’ plan members, rather than short-term business gains. We are not merely seeking capital; we are committed to having the right capital—aligned with the goals and values of all our stakeholders.

Initially, our client owners include 10 pension and health & welfare funds, with expectations for this group to grow over time. Clients own roughly 55% of the partnership, with the remaining 45% owned by employees, fostering a partnership built on shared purpose and mutual success.

Our Mission

Our mission is to deliver administration and consulting services in Canada and from Canada, that benefit both our clients and Canadian society as a whole. We stand firmly against offshoring and outsourcing, which we believe are driven by short-term cost-cutting pressures. In the long run, these practices can compromise the quality and accuracy of the work product and undermine the development of future consultants. Moreover, offshoring can jeopardize the integrity of advice and the results that clients receive.

We are flexible and committed to customizing our approach to meet each client's unique needs. This philosophy extends to our pricing model—we are not bound by quarterly profit targets or growth metrics. Instead, we focus on long-term partnerships, allowing us to better support our clients’ projects and aspirations with genuine dedication and tailored solutions.

Truth & Reconciliation

We are committed to being a part of the community in which we live and work. One area that has been a particular focus is our commitment to supporting Truth & Reconciliation initiatives. We recognize the importance of educating ourselves about the true impact Canada’s history of colonialism has had on Indigenous peoples: creating systematic disadvantages, past atrocities, including residential schools, and other present-day challenges. We have a responsibility to engage with our employees, clients, and Indigenous communities to support the journey toward reconciling those past wrongs, as well as appreciating and celebrating the vibrant and diverse Indigenous cultures. We have, and will continue to seek out, opportunities to support Indigenous communities, which include building strong, long-term relationships with our Indigenous clients.
