Melanie Nadeau Joins Convyta Partners

Convyta Partners is proud to announce that Melanie Nadeau is joining our team as our newest Partner.

With more than 20 years of experience in retirement consulting at a multi-national firm, Melanie specializes in supporting boards and organizations design and sustain pension and savings programs that foster long-term financial security. Melanie not only adds her varied experience to our pension consulting practice, but will enhance our abilities in all our service areas.

Melanie has worked with corporate, public, and unionized multi-employer plans across Canada and the United States, bringing deep expertise in traditional defined benefit, target benefit, and capital accumulation plan governance. As an actuary, Melanie provides strategic guidance on plan design, actuarial valuations, contribution and expense projections, and benefit sustainability — helping trustees and employers make informed decisions that balance cost and member outcomes.

Based out of our Burnaby office, Melanie will join our client service team, fostering collaboration and mentoring colleagues while delivering exceptional service and building strong, trusted client relationships.
